Mr. Demarest serves as President & COO of Optawise, managing day-to-day activities of the firm, resources, and team in alignment with the company's goals. He is also the firms Director of Design & Development, leading creative efforts and development of client projects.

Prior to joining Optawise, Mark ran Sourcelead, Incorporated -- a global consulting firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, with operations in 19 countries and major offices in Istanbul, Turkey and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Sourcelead offers managed procurement services to Global 100 organizations and medium-sized multinationals in energy, oil & gas, infrastructure & development, automotive, manufacturing, and white goods industries.

Previously Mr. Demarest was Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America, with responsibilities for the US, Canada and Mexico for the Chinese software company, Flowtix, Incorporated.

Mark was recruited to Flowtix from Idea Integration, where he led Bay Area operations, as Senior Business Development Manager, focused on technology solutions and constituent relations in the public sector, for the division of MPS Group, Inc. (NYSE:MPS). He has been a speaker at "public/private collaboration" and "technology in the public sector" events.

Mr. Demarest began his career in San Francisco, spending two years leading a national sales team for a Fortune 500 mortgage banking corporation (NYSE:PMI), before leaving to found a print and web graphic design firm. After the acquisition of his business by Internet technology professional services firm BayWeb, Incorporated, Mark stayed with the organization to join its executive management, as Creative Director.

Mr. Wiseman is Chief Executive Officer at Optawise, and is known for revolutionizing technology-driven marketing across several industries.

Mr. Wiseman started his career in 1986, programming computer driven telephone switches for MCI, American International and Almarc Media Communications which ran applications ranging from the early “Movie Phone,” International Call Back (China to US), PG&E Data Collection, and 10,000-calls-a-day Entertainment Applications for “The Boys” musical group.

Mr. Wiseman found his true calling when the Internet arose in March 1996. Scott found that by altering Meta tags and keyword density on a page/website he could show #1 for any term he desired. Mr. Wiseman used these skills and procedures to start Avidware.

Avidware, LLC is a network consulting firm specializing in Local Area Networking and Wide Area Networking for numerous local businesses. Avidware consulted for Bciu-Bciu, L3 Boeing, RE/MAX, City of Burbank, The Cochran Law Firm (Santa Monica) and various other local organizations needing reliable, expert technology consulting.

While running Avidware, the firm was asked by a Client to implement its technique with search engines to generate more business for the client. Mr. Wiseman was able to predict and regulate calls from online visitors to offline interaction by capturing, recording an analyzing calling patterns derived from web events.
